These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk8r platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using pk8r, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by your jurisdiction, to register and use pk8r. One account per person is permitted. Accounts registered with false information may be closed without notice.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game restrictions. Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including multi-accounting or matched-bet exploitation — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

To register and maintain an Account on pk8r, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate and truthful information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. pk8r reserves the right to close any Account where inaccurate or false information is discovered, and to forfeit any balance associated with such Account where fraud or deliberate misrepresentation is established.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pk8r will never request your password. You must notify pk8r's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pk8r is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain reasonable account security.
pk8r may require identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals, in connection with AML obligations, or where the operator deems verification necessary. Typical KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure verification interface only. Users must not submit altered, obscured or falsified documents.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Platform is intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute or otherwise exploit any element of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of pk8r.
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers or any other non-human access method to interact with the Platform. You will not attempt to bypass, disable or circumvent any security measure, geo-restriction or access control implemented on the Platform.
pk8r offers games from reputable third-party game studios. Each game operates on a certified random number generator (RNG) or live-dealer mechanism. Published RTP figures are supplied by game studios and are theoretical over a large volume of rounds — individual session results will vary materially from these averages. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
Sports betting markets, including those for Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events, are subject to market-specific rules published alongside each event. pk8r reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets or adjust settlements in the event of data errors, match abandonment, confirmed integrity violations or system malfunctions.
Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. pk8r reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that do not meet applicable requirements or that are associated with suspected fraud.
Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for informational context only. Their mention does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, nor does it guarantee that those providers permit gambling-related transactions. Users must verify the acceptability of their chosen payment method through the cashier and independently with the relevant provider.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements and Account standing in good order. Your withdrawal payment account name must match the name registered on your pk8r Account. pk8r reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Processing times are indicative only and may vary based on the payment method selected, volume of requests and applicable verification requirements. No guaranteed processing windows are implied or warranted. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times beyond pk8r's control.
Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is displayed on the Platform, it is for user convenience. Actual transaction currencies and any applicable foreign exchange conversions are determined by the operator's cashier system and may differ from displayed figures. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by pk8r are subject to specific Bonus Terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the specific Bonus Terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering multipliers, eligible games and minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses) are stated in the relevant Bonus Terms.
pk8r defines bonus abuse as any strategy, behaviour or pattern of play that is designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. This includes, without limitation: registration of multiple accounts to claim a single offer; use of low-risk or statistically optimal betting patterns to minimise the variance effect of wagering requirements; coordinated bonus exploitation with other users; and claiming bonuses using payment methods excluded from the offer.
Where bonus abuse is identified, pk8r reserves the right to: void the relevant bonus; forfeit any winnings derived from the bonus; suspend or close the Account; and retain any deposited funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected.
Bonuses not claimed or utilised within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. pk8r is not obligated to issue reminder communications prior to bonus expiry.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
pk8r reserves the right to take all necessary and appropriate action upon detection of prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, referral to law enforcement authorities and civil legal action where applicable.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, and audio-visual materials — is the property of pk8r or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk8r.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk8r, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
pk8r does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. pk8r will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
pk8r is not responsible for losses arising from: your failure to maintain secure account credentials; incorrect payment details provided during withdrawal requests; actions of third-party payment processors; or any system malfunction outside pk8r's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk8r's liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
pk8r collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including registration data, transaction records, gameplay activity and device information. The collection, use and protection of your personal data is governed by pk8r's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal data by contacting pk8r's support team.
pk8r is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion.
Users are encouraged to set personal limits at the time of registration and to review them regularly. pk8r reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account where indicators of disordered gambling are identified, including where a User has requested such intervention.
Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, pk8r will use reasonable technical measures to enforce the exclusion across the Platform. pk8r reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will govern that dispute.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence, as specified in the operator's full licensing documentation. The application of any other jurisdiction's laws is expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted.
